 The Emerge Fashion Exchange is a unique networking event that offers women the opportunity to exchange their new or gently worn, high-quality fashion items (i.e., clothing, shoes or accessories) for items contributed by other women in an environment that simulates a fashion boutique. In exchange for each contributed item, participants receive an Exchange Card that has a point value that can be used to ‘shop’ among the contributions of other participants. The greater the value of the contribution, the more points guests earn.

The Fashion Exchange is a new type of networking and lifestyle event where professional women can come together and trade gently or never used couture and accessories, discover new beauty secrets, pamper themselves, and congregate with other business women.

Net proceeds from the Fashion Exchange will be donated to the Alvin Ailey School and unclaimed fashion items will be donated to Housing Works, Inc., the largest community-based AIDS service organization in the United States.

Emerge Events LLC (“Emerge”) hosts enriching and uniquely themed networking events for professional women of color for the purpose of inspiring and promoting relationship building, self-improvement, empowerment and philanthropy.
